Our box office services were developed through more than ten years’ experience working with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The Fringe is the world’s largest arts festival; it featured more than 3,500 shows, across 59,600 performances, in 323 large and small venues in 2019. It showcases a wide range of performances, including theatre, comedy and music; pre-pandemic, it was the largest annual ticketed event in the world, with over 3 million tickets issued in 2019, and a 40% growth in ticket distribution since 2008.
As such, our end-to-end box office services – from event registration to customer service and satisfaction – have been tried and tested like no other.
We are passionate about establishing close working partnerships with our clients, offering bespoke, high-quality services that perfectly match their requirements and help them adapt to new challenges.
Our box office model provides a flexible, dynamic alternative to off-the-shelf software or agency box office providers currently on the market, promising hands-on support and a collaborative approach every step of the way.
The services and technology we provide are unique in how they empower you to use your data to maximise ticket sales and revenue.
Most importantly we strive to be ethical in our approach. We provide fair and scalable pricing to support not-for-profit arts, sports and community organisations with access to high-quality ticketing and box office services, helping to support their income and audience development.
We openly support the cultural sector; any surplus profit we generate is reinvested in our charitable work that’s dedicated to widening access to the arts for both creatives and audiences, through education, community engagement, equity, diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
We are a member of STAR – the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers. We subscribe to the STAR members code of conduct which helps ensure customers can buy with confidence.
